Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
